CCI’s Greenheart Tour took a stop in the Outer Banks of North Carolina in July. While there, we visited participants at their jobs and had the chance to do  a Greenheart activity at the Buxton Community Garden, cleaning and beautifying the area!

The Outer Banks (OBX) is one of the most beautiful sites to behold in the United States. The island is about 200 miles long and comprises of a long string of narrow barrier islands off the coast of North Carolina and a small portion of Virginia. Our participants love to experience the beautiful coastline and the diverse American culture.
